Blanton's Full Lineup

Blanton's is the original single barrel bourbon and was first released in 1984. It's known for being smooth and complex.

It is a great choice for bourbon drinkers who prefer milder bourbons. It has a pleasant nose and the palate showcases warmth intertwined with vanilla, oak, walnut and hazelnut. The finish is long and resonant.

Straight from the Barrel

One of the world's best bourbons, SFTB was the first ever Single Barrel Bourbon made commercially available. Created for bourbon connoisseurs who appreciate cask strength whiskeys, this expression comes from the same warehouse as Blanton's Original and Gold labels, but it is bottled at an uncut, high proof (approximately 6 years aged).

The nose opens with hints of citrus peel, cotton candy, rich vanilla, and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and complex, with a powerful oak influence balanced by rye, dark chocolate, and honey.

Master Distiller Elmer T. Lee took a risk back in 1984 when he created this Single Barrel Bourbon, but it helped save bourbon during the 1980s. It also paved the way for a bourbon boom in the 2000s. This is a classic bourbon you can drink neat or add to cocktails like Manhattans and Old Fashioneds. For more details please visit buy weller bourbon online

Special Reserve

Blanton's Special Reserve is an incredible bourbon, distilled and bottled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is a single-barrel whiskey that was first introduced in 1984. It was originally designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. It features a sweet taste profile that includes inviting citrus and oak notes, along with creamy vanilla and hints of caramel or butterscotch. It is a premium expression aged in Warehouse H at Buffalo Trace.

Today, it is the most sought-after bourbon on the market. It is the poster child for a bourbon boom that has seen prices rise worldwide. Some collectors are even willing to pay seven figures for a bottle. The Blanton’s Special Reserve is a must-have for any bourbon fanatic.

Single Barrel

Originally reserved for ambassadors, dignitaries and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends, Single Barrel is the world's first single barrel bourbon whiskey. This 750ml bottle features an inviting citrus and oak taste profile complemented by creamy vanilla with hints of caramel, butterscotch, and familiar baking spices like clove, nutmeg or cinnamon. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

The Single Barrel line is made up of hand-selected single barrels that meet the sky-high standards set by master distiller Elmer T. Lee when he created the brand back in 1984. This 93 proof expression is the original and most popular of the lineup.

This 80 proof Special Reserve is crafted with Mash Bill #2, which is comprised of corn, malted barley and extra rye, then matured in American White Oak casks. Its mellow flavor profile boasts whispers of cedar and raisin, while its light airy feel makes it perfect for those who are new to single barrel whiskey.

Double Barrel

This bourbon is the first of its kind. It is also one of the rarest bourbons on the market. It is a cask strength, single-barrel whiskey. It has a huge flavor profile that is intense yet inviting. Its depth of flavor goes beyond the traditional bourbon notes to include a complexity of oak, rye, honey and vanilla.

It is aged for six years in the mid-sections of Warehouse H, which is a one-of-a-kind environment for bourbon maturation. It is bottled at 93 proof and has a slightly floral nose that conveys whispers of cedar with raisin and soft vanilla notes.

The bottle is so sought after that it has inspired hundreds of Facebook groups dedicated to helping people find bottles to complete their collections. In addition, it is among the most searched for whiskeys on Google and Wine-Searcher.

Kentucky Straight Rye

This is the original single barrel bourbon from Blanton's and was created back in 1984 when bourbon was on its knees (vodka was the drink of choice). The whiskey comes straight out of the barrel without any proofing water and a special horse stopper is applied.

This cask strength expression is one of the boldest in the lineup and has a taste profile that undertakes depths found in few spirits. It uses the lower-corn Mash Bill #2 and is aged in Warehouse H, which Colonel Blanton considered his favorite.

The nose is reminiscent of fall leaves and old barrel houses backed by vanilla-heavy oatmeal raisin cookie jars and cedar kindling. This bourbon's flavor and finish are truly exceptional and should be enjoyed neat. This is also an excellent addition to a cocktail like a Sazerac or Manhattan.
